Please vote honestly and realistically. These ratings will be used a a tool for many future programs, including a "People’s Choice" of best and worst sentencing, DA and judge "report cards", and more. Try to resist the temptation to vote 1 star on every case, even if you feel that 100 years in prison isn’t enough.

State police say a man in Westmoreland County confessed to shooting three hunting dogs.

Gary Kiser of New Alexandria has been charged with multiple counts of criminal mischief and cruelty to animals.

State Police say Kiser admitted he shot three beagles who were hunting with their owner last Friday.

Kiser says the dogs were on his property near Blasco Road when he saw them chasing a deer so he shot them.

Larry Nahay, who owned the beagles, doesn't believe Kiser.

Nahay says his dogs were chasing rabbits at the time they were shot.
