There were allegedly several horses involved with this case that were locked in stalls for over 2 years. They were reportedly standing in feces. The doors of the stalls had to be removed with a crow bar because they were rusted shut. There were goats and one dog involved also. The dog was tied on a very short leash where it reportedly did not have access to the empty bucket that was in the stall.
