Onile Bourg, 71, of 228 Megan St., Luling, was arrested on Aug. 29, 2006, at the above address and charged with cruelty to animals (aggravated) and on a fugitive charge for the Jefferson Parish Sheriff�s Office.

The above subject was arrested after allegedly cutting a small mix breed dog with a kitchen knife causing an approximate one inch laceration on the dog�s left side.
