Dog sexually assaulted Muskogee, OK (US)Incident Date: Friday, Oct 14, 2005 County: Muskogee
Disposition: Alleged
Alleged: » Bobby W. Heidelberg » Tammy Hutchens
A Muskogee pair charged in Muskogee County District Court with animal cruelty, sodomy, crimes against nature and drug manufacturing charges were bound over to stand trial.
Charges against Bobby Heidelberg, 37, and Tammy Hutchens, 42, stem from allegations claiming the pair possessed a videotape that showed them performing sexual acts "with a large male dog." The videotape was seized Oct. 14, when authorities executed a search warrant for drugs at Heidelberg's westside home.
The pair had challenged the evidence presented on the videocassette tape based upon a statute of limitations argument.
Defense lawyers argued investigators could not prove when the alleged acts occurred without time-stamped footage.
Assistant District Attorney David Pierce said Special District Judge Robin Adair ruled against that motion and ordered the pair to stand trial. Hutchens and Heidelberg are scheduled to appear at 1:30 p.m. July 20 for district court arraignment. References « More cases in Muskogee County, OK
