An Oklahoma City man is in custody on animal cruelty and public drunkeness complaints after allegedly dropping a dog five stories to its death. Police say Abdul Alhachami is accused of first holding the dog over his apartment balcony in northwest Oklahioma City before letting it fall.

He also is wanted on charges from Lincoln County.
