Police are investigating another apparent animal abuse case. This time, someone tied an extension cord around a dog and dragged it down a road killing the animal.

It happened off Highway 98 in Baldwin county just outside of Foley. A motorist was driving by when she saw the dog lying on the side of the road. She was horrified when she discovered the cord wrapped around the dog's legs and much of its skin scraped off.
