Puppy's neck snapped

A man is accused of killing a puppy by breaking its neck on Jacksonville's north side. 22-year-old Cedric Williams is facing charges of animal cruelty.

Police say Williams told them he was mad because he had been stabbed, so he picked up the puppy and snapped its neck. Police found the 6-week-old chow, pit-bull mix dead in front of Williams' home. Williams is being held on $25,000 dollars bond.
