Anthony R. Lojo, 29, 915 South Court of Shorewood, was charged with animal cruelty March 10 after police responded to an call regarding an offensive odor coming from an apartment. Officers discovered two dogs which were not being taken care of properly. The suspect was released on a $75 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in court in Mundelein April 10.
