Responding to a call for an unrestrained dog, a very thin dog was found and a very thin cat at the address. When the owner, Ms. Durant was asked about the condition of the animals, She thought that they looked fine. She stated that she had the dog 8 years. The animals had never been to the vet and never had shots. The animals were seized. They were taken to and examined by a veterinarian. Ms. Durant was found guilty of cruelty to animals.
