For the second time in a month, investigators are looking into another disturbing case of animal cruelty. Both cases involved helpless kittens. The first case last month was that someone poured hot tar on an abandoned kitten, the kitten surived. In the second case, a rescurer went out to her porch one morning and was amazed to fine two little kittens sprayed painted.

It was a sight that broke her heart.  She took the kittens and desperately begin trying to take the paint off them, while her neighbors laughed at her.  A group of  men standing around laughed  as one of the kittens  fell over foaming at the mouth. She was able to save one of the kitten but for the other one it was too late. This wasn't the first time the kittens was sprayed painted.  They were sprayed the day before and she cleaned them up, only to find them spray painted again the next morning.  Notifying the animal welfare authorities has resulted in no action on their part.
