On March 8 a cruelty to animal complaint was filed at an Aqua Road location after a man reported that his dog began acting strange. After he took the animal to the vet, the vet told the complainant that someone had shot his dog with a low caliber or pellet gun. The man said he suspects his neighbor�s grandson because while the grandson and the complainant�s son were at school the complainant�s son had accused the neighbor�s grandson of shooting the dog, to which the neighbor�s grandson allegedly replied, "So what if I did."
