A raid took place at her Ryerson Avenue home that was raided two years ago where authorities found more than three dozen emaciated dogs and cats and the carcasses of 10 other pets. Rosenberg pleaded guilty at that time to numerous charges of animal abuse and paid a $10,000 fine. She also signed a court order agreeing never again to own a pet in the city.
