Tom Nettleton, a resident of Pottstown, was convicted of killing Angel Zebraski's cat in front of her home, according to court records.
Police said Nettleton was drunk when he held the cat by its collar in May 2000, attempted to force beer down its throat and smashed its head repeatedly against the ground.
