800 block 56th St. An angry man reported that his neighbor killed his cat. The man told authorities he observed his male neighbor stuffing his dead cat into a plastic bag. The incident occurred only a week after the neighbor allegedly poisoned his dog. The cat's remains were taken to a veterinary clinic to ascertain the cause of death.
