The Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) is offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for shooting two horses near Dubuque, Iowa on December 26.
The Case: According to the Dubuque County Sheriff�s office and news reports, two horses were shot at their owner�s ranch along Hwy. 52 in South Dubuque County. One horse, a 5-year-old, was killed and the other, a 3-year-old horse was injured.
