Suspect(s) Unknown - We need your help!

When Mrs Moon went outside with Charlie in early January 2006 she had no idea that in just a few short minutes Charlie would be abducted and dragged behind a vehicle. Mrs Moon said she left Charlie out at 9am, when she came back out at 11:30 she noticed Charlie coming across the yard, barely able to walk with a nylon rope tied around her neck. Charlie's feet and legs covered in blood, dragging the rope with her.

Mrs Moon explained that Charlie used to be homeless, a stray living in the ditches along their road. They took Charlie into their home several years ago, saying that she should be about 7 years old now. When the Beebe Humane Society went to see Charlie, her feet were swollen, pads torn and raw, her back legs had several large cuts and she still could not walk. Three of her toe nails were completely ripped out of her feet.

Beebe Humane Society is offering a $500.00 reward to any person with information leading to the arrest and conviction of Charlie's abductors. The Moon's and Charlie live on Hwy 267 in Beebe.
