Florida officials were on the lookout for three suspects they say tortured a crocodile in Miami-Dade County.

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission arrested one man today and they say he didn't act alone when he allegedly tied a noose around the crocodile and dragged it down the street.

Officers say the animal abuse happened December 15, 2005 at the Manatee Bay Marina. According to a witness, the crocodile was poked and sprayed with the water before being dragged. Officers say a witness photographed the incident.
