Online breeder investigated for neglect

The Houston SPCA is currently investigating an online breeder that ships dogs world wide. This particular breeder allegedly has numerous complaints filed against him from customers that have purchased dogs from him.
An eyewitness states "The conditions were horrendous. This man breeds and ships dogs to people all over and they have no idea of the conditions that these dogs are coming out of.
Alleged dog deaths, multiple injuries, emaciated, extremely poor conditions, lack of food and water, lack of shelter and adequate sun protection, lack of vet care, confined to small areas, no socialization or exercise are but just some of the complaints against this breeder.
The eyewitness goes on to state that in the kennel area they observed dead rats, maggots, unbelievable amount of flies, feces everywhere, the smell was intolerable, lack of food and water, and the animals were all confined to small areas.
Outside, the dogs were being kept in plastic dog crates lined up outside in the heat, which contained dogs thin with back bone and ribs visible, visible raw hot spots and open sores, some very large with flies on them. The female dogs appeared to be very thin, swaybacked, and had poor bone structure that is typical from being overbred, and bred at a young age before they fully develop themselves.
