On February 1, 2004, Jacqueline Yvonne Hinant failed to provide adequate care and emergency veterinary treatment for a dog in her possession, resulting in the euthanasia of the dog.
Hinant was charged, and convicted, of one count of animal cruelty, a misdemeanor in Chesterfield County Virginia.
