A stray dog was picked up in Little Rock, Arkansas. The dog's collar had grown into her neck, and required surgery to remove.
The staff at Little Rock Animal Shelter drove the dog to a vet to be treated. Medical compensation was paid for by the shelter and 'Miracle', as they dubbed her, has made a full recovery and is now in her new adopted home.
