Person of Interest: Gregg W Holland

In July 1998, the U.S. Department of Agriculture charged Gregg Holland, an animal exhibitor doing business as Animal Arts in Petaluma, Calif., with violations of the Animal Welfare Act.

"Our inspectors have documented at least 18 incidents of Holland operating without a license," said W. Ron DeHaven, acting deputy administrator for animal care with the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, a part of USDA's marketing and regulatory programs mission area.
