A class ``A'' dealer (breeder) shall identify all live dogs on the premises with an official tag ot tattoo. At least 8 dogs are not identified in kennel. All dogs need to be identified. To be corrected by: 11-15-01.
Primary enclosures must be constructed and maintained so that all surfaces in contact with the dogs can be readily cleaned and sanitized or be replaced when worn or soiled. Seven enclosures have chewed plastic on the fronts of whelping boxes. Plastic edges and bare wood surfaces are present. These enclosures need to be repaired. To be corrected by: 1-15-02
