Primary enclosures must be kept in good repair and maintained so that they have no sharp points or edges that could injure the
dogs. The outdoor enclosure housing two Bernese mountain dogs has chewed and bent metal on roof of shelter. The front of
shelter has detached and chewed metal edging in both corners. Shelter needs to be repaired or replaced.
