Hard surfaces dogs come in contact with must be spot-cleaned daily. All other surfaces of housing facilities must be cleaned and sanitized when necessary to satisfy the generally accepted husbandry standards and practices. Dust and cobwebs are accumulating on tops of wire dog enclosures. Tops of enclosures need to be cleaned.
