That a mechanism of direct and frequent communication is required so that timely and accurate information on problems of animal health, behavior, and well-being is conveyed to the attending veterinarian."
The following two dogs are in need of veterinary care: 1) Cocker spaniel named "Ruth" with litter has bilateral cheny eyes with yellowish ocular discharge. 2) Cocker spaniel ID tag # 9 has bilateral cherry eyes. These two dogs need to be brought to the attention of the attending veterinarian. To be corrected by: December 14,2002
2.75 ( a )( 1 ) RECORDS: DEALERS AND EXHIBITORS. Each dealer shall make, keep, and maintain complete records. Records needs to include the official USDA tag number or tattoo assigned to a dog or puppy. The official tag number is not recorded for 50 adult dogs and replacement breeders on Record of Acquisition and Dogs and Cats on Hand (APHIS form 7005). The puppy ID number was not recorded for puppies sold in 2002 on Record of Disposition of Dogs and Cats (APHIS form 7006). Identification numbers must be recorded for adults dogs on hand and all puppies sold. To be corrected by February 1, 2003
