In February 1997, an unlicensed animal exhibitor, Otto Siebert of Sautee, Ga., has been shut down by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

Siebert, operating as the Storyland Petting Zoo, was caught operating as an exhibitor without a license.

04/11/95 -- Charged with operating without a license.

01/06/97 -- Agreed to a civil penalty, all of it suspended, and to cease operations.
