Billie M. Paul, 66, and her grandson Danny Stumblingbear, 22, of Custer, Washington, who were charged in May with second degree misdemeanor animal cruelty for allegedly neglecting dozens of dogs, four cats, several horses and geese at their breeding business, Billie's Bullies, have reportedly fled the state and there is a warrant out for their arrest. There is speculation that they have moved to Kansas. Most animals were reportedly nearly starved to death, and five ducks and one dog were found dead on the premises. Two other dogs also died. The surviving animals were seized by authorities but returned to Paul in July. Neighborhood MapFor more information about the Interactive Animal Cruelty Maps, see the map notes.
