more information on voting
When you vote, you are voting on whether or not the punishment fit the crime, NOT on the severity of the case itself. If you feel the sentence was very weak, you would vote 1 star. If you feel the sentence was very strong, you would vote 5 stars.
Please vote honestly and realistically. These ratings will be used a a tool for many future programs, including a "Peoples Choice" of best and worst sentencing, DA and judge "report cards", and more. Try to resist the temptation to vote 1 star on every case, even if you feel that 100 years in prison isnt enough.

Case Updates: 1 update(s) available
A Tulsa man was arrested late on Oct 18 after a cat was beaten repeatedly with what appeared to be a large stick or baseball bat.
Greg Kelly, 46, was booked into the Tulsa Jail on one complaint of animal cruelty.
The cat lost one eye, and one of its legs was broken in the attack.
Authorities are hopeful that he will survive, but he still could suffer complications from the injuries.
Police were called about 10:40 p.m. on Oct 18 to the Woodland Hills Apartments, 8502 E. 66th Place, by someone who had seen a man beating the cat. The witness chased the man and then called police.
Officers found the cat behind an apartment. He was unable to move, and his left eye was protruding and bloody.
Police took the cat - a dark-gray domestic shorthair - to the Animal Emergency Center, 7220 E. 41st St., for emergency treatment. He was transferred to Heritage Veterinary Hospital and was being treated by Dr. Joe Landers.
"His eye had to be removed, but he made it through the surgery OK," the veterinarian said.
Photos have been taken to document his injuries. Police don't know if the cat is a stray or is owned by someone.
