A horrific case of animal abuse has been uncovered in Washington County. Members of the Washington Area Humane Society found a dead dog inside an abandoned home. It was found tortured and bound with duct tape.

The dog belonged to a young girl who lives nearby. It had been missing since Oct 15.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Washington Area Humane Society.
