A black Labrador retriever was reported stolen from its Broad Street home on the night of Oct 13, police said. Its owner said the dog was outside, attached to a lease, when it "disappeared," officers said. The dog�s collar was found in the driveway, police said.

The animal is black with a white chest and weighs an estimated 75 pounds, officers said. The animal was reported missing around 8:30 p.m., police said.
