Police officers searching for evidence of stolen credit cards on the night of Oct 13 found much more at a Gilbert home. Police said the home of Sabrina Zotter, 32, was littered with dirty dishes, rotting food, spilled drinks and filthy litter boxes. Her two daughters, ages 12 and 13, also lived in the home.

Officers searched the residence, near Guadalupe and Power roads, in biohazard protection gear. Zotter was arrested for possession of stolen credit cards and was later charged with child neglect and animal cruelty.
