Vicki Lynn Knight, 42, attempted to poison two dogs with ground beef laced with rat poison. Knight was apprehended before succeeding. Sentenced to 5 yrs probation, $1000 fine, 130 hrs community service, banned from city subdivision crime occurred. Knight has since relocated from Cumming, GA to Texas.
