Officials have little to go on in a cruelty to animal case. Someone dropped of a garbage bag with a live lab puppy at the green box trash site off Virginia 57 in east Martinsville. A woman who found the dog, took it to the Henry County Animal Clinic, but it was too late. The puppy had to be put to sleep.
