Pearl police have arrested a man in the theft of two miniature horses. Steven Williams, 21, of 132 Elzey St. was arrested Monday in Richland. Williams is accused of trespassing on a family's farm and stealing the horses.
Police Chief Bill Slade said the theft happened early July 31 morning.
Williams was charged with livestock theft and was released from the Rankin County Jail on $10,000 bond. Slade said Williams' case will be presented to a grand jury in September. References « More cases in Rankin County, MS
