A puppy named Heaven, found wrapped in T-shirts in a trash pile in an apartment building downtown, has recovered and is doing well in a foster home. The dental offices of Lucynda Raben added $1,000 to a $500 reward offered by Eric Fisher Studios for Heaven's Rescue Fund.
