Two young people in Taunton face animal cruelty charges for allegedly abusing a kitten. It is reported that the kitten's whiskers were cut and it can hardly walk.

Two Young boys saw some other boys abusing the kitten on the night of June 14. They told their mother, and she contacted animal control.

The youngsters said they saw the boys throw the kitten in the air and let it fall to the ground. They also saw the boys run the cat over with a spare tire.

The cat's owner pressed charges.
