Abuser names unreleased

Police responded to a small house fire in a Fallowfield Township home and could not believe what they found. The house was allegedly in terrible condition as there was filth and clutter everywhere.

The house was occupied by a mother, her three kids, 20 cats, 2 dogs, and 2 horses which lived in the garage.

One was room completely filled with cat feces, said police.

Charges have not officially been filed, but it is expected the women will face animal cruelty and reckless endangerment charges.

The Washington County Humane Society has given the women 24 hours to take action or they will file charges.

Animal control officers have given the women five days to get rid of the cats or she will be sited for that, too.

The children living in the house have been removed and are now staying with relatives.
