Alleged: Tracy Roberson

Tracy Roberson of Hewett faces charges stemming from authorities' reported late 2004 discovery of an emaciated horse in his charge. Officials were said to have found the gelding-alarming photos of whom have been obtained by this office-near death and languishing on the accused's property, where several additional horses are alarmingly believed to remain.
