Someone had possession of a puppy, (Trooper), a mixed hound pup and used a blow torch to burn him over much of his body. Trooper found with third-degree burns on most of his body has been placed in a halfway house after spendning the last three weeks recovering from his burns. Trooper will be ready for adoption to one of the many people that have offered to adopt him. $11,000 was raised to help with his medical bills. He is up walking, waging his tail, and giving kisses to everyone now. No one hs been charged with this crime.
