The body of a kitten was found disemboweled and taped to a pole in Salt Lake County last week.

The Humane Society of Utah is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the person who left the mutilated kitten taped to a pole. Several other animal welfare groups have offered an additional reward bringing the total reward being offered to $2,500.
