Butch Smith admitted to shooting Trinity, a 3-year-old Chihuahua. Smith said he was just frustrated about the dog running wild through the neighborhood for the last few months, and he shot her on April 25, 2005.

After the two sides got together, they ironed out the problem, and the couple have agreed to drop the charges against Smith who shot their dog with a BB gun.
