27-year old Theodore Griffin is accused of having sex with a dog.�� On March 12th he was arrested for public indecenecy and released.

Then, a grand jury reviewed the case, and 3-count arrest warrant was issued.

The victim, 9-month old Lucy was a rottweiler/german shepard mix, she died more than a week ago after suffering from pneuomia and distemper.

Deputies say Griffin recently moved to Tucson from Globe and lived with his sister and her two kids, and that has officials frighten.

Detective Mike Duffey says "This type of crime worries me if it's very easy to have intercourse with animals then it's easy to switch over to have sexual relations with small children."

Deputies say Griffin wasn't intoxicated when he was arrested, but he may have been under the influence of drugs.� He could face 5 to 15 years for his 3-charges.
