Trey Goodwin is looking for his lost dog, and holding onto hope that Kembro, one of his Jack Russell Terrier mixes, is alive.

Goodwin found his other dog, Mi'lese, earlier this week on the side of the road. The dog, about the size of a shoe box had been tortured and killed.

Goodwin says he found his female dog lying by the roadside. He says she had dragged herself 20 feet, leaving a bloody trail from where she was left in the grass, her legs tighly bound with a coat hanger.
