Authorities are investigating an apparent case of animal cruelty in Utah County, which involves more than a dozen deer which were illegally shot to death. Utah County wildlife officials discovered the deer corpses in Diamond Fork Canyon.  About 13 animals were found dead, including two mature bucks and several pregnant does.  Biologists believe the shootings will impact population growth.

Officials are not sure who is responsible for the killings, but they are offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
