L. Christopher Jones, 23, of the 600 block of Washington Avenue, Huntington was arrested about 11 a.m. March 25 in the 500 block of Washington Avenue. Charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, a felony, as well as with misdemeanor receiving and transferring stolen property and animal cruelty. Among other items, police confiscated about 4.2 grams of crack cocaine, about $335 cash, firearms, assorted ammunition and a DVD player. Police also obtained a search warrant for Jones� residence and discovered a pit bull terrier locked in a closet without food or water and laying in its own waste.
