Pedricktown, NJ (US)

Incident Date: Thursday, Mar 10, 2005
County: Salem

Disposition: Open

Suspect(s) Unknown - We need your help!

The Salem County Animal Control office is investigating the abuse of several bunnies after a good Samaritan rescued them from the cold. A woman was able to gather up 19 rabbits that were dumped and scattered around her property, but two died overnight.

The remaining are in boxes in her living room in Pedrickstown. And on March 11, an SPCA officer found at least five others dead on her property.

The bunnies will be taken to Ron's Animal Shelter. If you'd like to donate money for food or to adopt one of them, call 856-691-4333.
