Deputies also found a pit bull tied to a tree with wounds "consistent with dog fighting." Deputies then searched Lo's home in the 22700 block of Avenue 208 and found 15 pit bulls, a fighting ring, training videos and another dog with fresh battle wounds.
"They found video evidence of a fight that happened earlier that day," Harmon said.
Investigators also found several specialized treadmills with wooden slats used to build up a dog's endurance, Harmon said.
"It didn't appear that the dogs had any food or fresh water out there, either," he added.
