The Wichita County Humane Society has confiscated three horses from a home on Hardin Street, it says, were in danger of dying from starvation. It`s the second time one of the horses has been seized. The Humane Society director says they were not granted final custody of the horse in the first seizure so they had to return it to the owner. She also says animal cruelty charges will be pursued against the owner.
