Suspect(s) Unknown - We need your help!

A black and white Shihtzu female was found badly injured, dehydrated and starving on Christmas Day by a woman who heard her whimpering as she walked her own dog at Oswestry, Shropshire.

The dog named Holly by her rescuers was believed to have been dumped into the pipe on Christmas Eve.

Holly was about eight feet down a pipe and must have been pushed down into the pipe with a stick. They think she was abandoned because she has an injured eye. Steve Mossford, Osestry veterinarian is expected to remove the eye.

Note: Classifications and other fields should not be used to determine what specific charges the suspect is facing or was convicted of - they are for research and statistical purposes only. The case report and subsequent updates outline the specific charges. Charges referenced in the original case report may be modified throughout the course of the investigation or trial, so case updates, when available, should always be considered the most accurate reflection of charges.
