A Grand Prairie man has been released from jail after being arrested on dog fighting charges. Victor Music, 35, is accused of running a dog-fighting ring in Fort Worth after officials seized 21 pit bulls from a home in the eastern portion of the city on Dec 31, 2004.

Police reportedly found the dogs on a tip from a neighbor.

Investigators said all of the dogs are malnourished and that most of them show evidence of fighting.
